Salonunitii uses your mobile phone number as the primary method of authentication. We send a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to verify your identity. No password is required.

When you make a booking, the relevant salon receives your name, mobile number, and appointment details. This is necessary to confirm and manage your appointment. Salons are prohibited from using your data for any purpose outside of your appointment.
We engage trusted third-party providers for SMS delivery, cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers operate under strict data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred to the new entity. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
We never sell your personal data. Your mobile number, name, email, and booking history are never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

You have the right to permanently delete your Salonunitii account and all associated personal data at any time. We fully comply with Google Play Store and Apple App Store requirements for account deletion.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account, profile, and booking history cannot be recovered. Pending bookings should be cancelled before deletion.
Launch the app and ensure you are logged in to your account.
Tap on your profile icon → Settings → Account Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings and tap "Delete My Account".
Enter the OTP and confirm. Your account deletion request will be submitted immediately.
Your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation SMS.
Our mobile app does not use browser cookies. However, we use the following technologies to operate and improve the platform:
Secure tokens stored locally on your device to keep you logged in. These expire automatically and are cleared when you log out or delete your account.
We use analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics) to understand how users interact with our app. Data collected is aggregated and anonymized.
Your device generates a push token used to send you booking reminders and updates. You can disable push notifications anytime in your device settings.
We use crash reporting tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics) to detect and fix bugs. These collect anonymized error logs and device info — no personal data.
Our website may use standard browser cookies for session management and analytics. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time.
