Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows may be charged the full booking amount as per the salon's policy.
If a salon cancels or reschedules, you will be offered alternate slots or a full refund of all pre-paid amounts.
